On Monday September 8, 2014, Richard Dale Griffin, owner of Kim-Soo Karate located in Wimberley, Texas, surrendered himself to the Hays County Sheriff's Office on two arrest warrants for Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Performance of a Child. Both of these charges are second-degree felonies.

From the Hays County sheriff's office: On Thursday, August 28, 2014 Hays County Narcotics Task Force, assisted by Hays County SWAT Team served a search warrant for narcotics at 902 Rolling Hills Drive in Wimberley, Texas. All suspects were taken into custody without any injuries to suspects or officers.
